The Club Weekend Away is a fantastic chance to socialise and get know the members of the Club Committee, managers, players and parents of all age groups.
Whether you are staying in a static caravan, your own caravan or camping you’re sure to have a great time.

We do have a programme of events, none of which are compulsory, to encourage everybody to socialise. The typical Programme is listed below.
Friday Evening Arrive, pick up your keys from reception quoting Pickwick Youth and your booking name. Please accept all passes/wristbands as there may be some of the campers that need them. After dropping your bags off head for the clubhouse!
Saturday 10.30 – 12.30. Inhouse tournament at the all weather pitch. All family members welcome. Teams are chosen evenly with all age groups involved.
7.30 – Late. Fancy dress night, all ages. Meet in the bar and then onto the clubhouse.
Sunday 1.00 – 2.30 BBQ by the all weather pitch. Bring your own bbq, food and drink.
3.00 – 5.00 Rounders match. 1st match – Mums v Dads, kids help field. 2nd match – winners of first match v Kids, losers of 1st help field.
All we need to complete the weekend is good weather!!
