We would like to extend an invitation to all
Youth football teams for our
2009
6-a-side Football Tournament
During the Weekend of 20th – 21st June
2009
Located on the playing fields of Staunton Community Sports College, Havant on the sunny south coast of England our tournament invites under 8, 10, 12, 14, 16's on the 20th with under 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15's on the 21st.
The format will be on a league basis, with ten teams in each age group, this will give each entering team a NINE GAMES fixture list.
Under 7s, Under 8s will play on a Festival format, and all team members in these two age groups will receive a memento of their participation in this tournament.
Applications will be received on a first come first served basis, we will be pleased to allow additional teams to enter, but this will depend on application numbers. If you require a second team, please indicate on the application form provided. Cheques for the additional teams will be requested at a later date.
* All players must be under their respective age group limits of 31st August 2009
* The latest date to enter is Friday 29th May 2009.
* The entrance fee is £25 per team, which must be enclosed with the application form.
* Cheques should be made payable to PICKWICK YOUTH FOOTBALL CLUB
* No refund will be made for any cancellation made after the 5th June 2009.
* We will endeavour to inform you by the 9th June 2009 whether your team(s) have been successful or not
in securing a place in our tournament.
* Team sheet(s) will be sent to you prior to the tournament date.
