Pickwick youth Reds under 8’s 2009-2010 season
The red team are one of 3 teams we currently have in the under 8 age group, the red team is run by Nigel Nancarrow a FA approved level 1 coach, and under his guidance managed to have a very successful season last year, with the team enjoying themselves and a large improvement was noticed within the team over the course of the season.
A very good summer with a few tournaments entered and again with lots of fun and some very good football played.
There is a very good team spirit and all the boys are getting better all the time, this season is our last at non-competitive and the boys are ready to learn this year and improve ready for the step up to competitive football.
Message from manager
All the boys are improving on a weekly basis and the skill level has improved over the last 18 months I have been managing them, I hope to have a good season and keep the players motivated and wanting to keep coming along and improving.
